Many people are familiar with the beautiful flowers of the hibiscus plant. It originated in North Africa and Southeast Asia but now grows in many tropical and subtropical climates. Apart its many uses as an effective medicine, Roselle is also a favourite ingredient in many foods and beverages, it has a distinctive and appealing taste, which is not entirely dissimilar to cranberry.

2~3 grams of roselle per 250g of hot water (85~95°C), steep the tea from 3~4 minutes.
